So, in preparation for the big day, Gary also started planning the photos that he wanted me to take for his blog. . . .
Gary: So, I thought we'd get a picture of me with one of the kids watching the game.
Me: Okay.
Gary: And also a picture of them all together.
Me: Uhm . . . okay.
Gary: I thought we could sit them all in the chairs . . .
Me: [Looking at Gary like he may be crazy.]
Gary: . . . and take a picture of them watching the game.
Me: [Laughing way too hard to talk.]
It wasn't completely insane to get a picture of Gary with one of the kids watching the game. However, the kids were pretty riled up for the game on Saturday and weren't so into sitting still.
Then -- we got to the part where Gary was ready to "sit them all in chairs and take pictures of them watching the game." I just told Gary to put them in their chairs and I'd take the pictures. . . .
Afterwards, Gary said that he has no idea how Heather Swanner gets any pictures of the kids at all. I have to agree.

HA! Too funny! Nathan was really looking forward to the game too, but we were wearing our University of Michigan gear! LOVE the sequence of photos with Gary trying to get the kids in the chairs. So funny!
LOL! That's funny.
