Aldridge Gardens with Grandma and Grandpa

The day after Christmas, Grandma and Grandpa came to visit. Grandma and Grandpa gave us some wagons for the kids, so we took everyone to Aldridge Gardens to try out the new wagons. . . .

Christmas!!!

Christmas Eve night, we left Nana and Papa's house after baths to drive home. We fed the kids some nighttime snacks, then put them to bed. We were so excited the next morning when we woke up and saw that Santa had visited!!!

We woke up the kids with the news that Santa had visited. They looked excited.

Then we ate breakfast, because when the babies wake up, they expect food -- and quick. Rosemary ate quickly and was ready to go see what Santa brought, and was not happy to have to wait on her brother and sister to eat. . . .

The babies walking to the playroom to see the loot. . . .

Santa had taken out most of the babies' old toys, and replaced them with toys that he brought and toys from other people (mostly Nana and Papa) that the babies had received for Christmas. The big toy that Santa brought for the kids was a play kitchen!! It is definitely a big hit. . . .

I hope you all had a Merry Christmas and that Santa visited you all!!

Christmas Eve with Nana and Papa

Happy new year!! To celebrate, here are some Christmas pictures!!

On the night before Christmas Eve, at the babies' bedtime, we drove to Nana and Papa's house. We got there and unloaded the babies straight into their cribs. It was a very smooth transition and worked perfectly. When we woke up the next morning, we had a big breakfast, then opened gifts. The babies had a great time with all of their new loot! Here are some pictures from the present opening:
